You should scan the QR code printed on your new tag and follow the on-screen instructions to activate it:

– Click on “Activate Tag” to link the new tag to your personal account.

– Enter your pet’s information and contact details. Make sure the information is complete and up-to-date.

– Securely attach the identification tag to your pet’s collar.

You can update the information as many times as you want.

Open your phone’s camera and point it at the QR code for a few seconds. If the scan code option is enabled, a link will appear that you should click to be directed to the destination page. If nothing happens, go to the “settings” option on your phone’s camera and enable the “Scan QR codes” option. If you can’t find this option, your phone may not have a built-in scanner. In this case, you need to download a third-party application to scan QR codes.
